Can we migrate our data from our current system to Enquire CRM?

With 95% of our customers coming from a legacy system, we have lots of experience migrating data! Our implementation and migration process consists of mapping old data to our system and giving each client a sandbox to take a look at data and compare to their old system prior to moving it into production.

How much does it cost?

The setup fee is determined by the size of your database(s) and system you are migrating from. After that the cost is $110 / user per month and volume discounts are available at 20, 50, 150, etc. users. This cost includes full access to the CRM, account management, and support and the help desk (located in Denver and accessible via phone and email).

Do you provide marketing automation?

Yes we do! We have a fully integrated marketing module where you can create email templates, landing pages, surveys, web forms and integrate call tracking numbers. Marketing is fully integrated with the CRM for better tracking of market sources and return on investment from market sources.

How long does implementation take?

A typical timeframe for a CRM implementation with a data migration or transfer from a legacy system is 4 weeks. This includes provisioning each location(s) database, configuring forms, fields, and users and configuring automated workflows. Those that don’t need a migration of data can get up and running in a week depending on their scope.

Is Enquire CRM HIPAA compliant?

Our system is HIPAA compliant and all data is hosted in Microsoft’s trust center so that you never have to worry about hosting, maintaining or losing data.

Do you integrate with other systems?

We already have integrations with 45+ popular industry EMR/EHR and billing systems. We also have a robust API that can be used to integrate with any system including internal systems.
